Jesus the One and Only

Beginning in June, Jesus the One and Only by Beth Moore will be offered both in the mornings and in the evenings. Please contact Janna Swigart: swigarts00@msn.com for more information on the morning study and Amy Kirkpatrick will be leading the evening study (I do not have contact info yet, if you are interested leave a comment with your name and email and we will give her your contact info).

Here is a description from the website: Jesus the One and Only is perhaps Beth Moore's most enduring, beloved study. After all, her devotion to Christ and His Word is indisputable.

Regardless of whether you have scheduled this study before, participants will discover life-transforming Bible truths through Beth's captivating messages.

You'll be transported to the shores of the Sea of Galilee, find yourself in the Garden of Gethsemane, journey along the cobbled streets to Calvary, and kneel at the entrance of the tomb of Jesus.

New Book Club Starts May 5th, 7:00 pm at KGF

The first book we're reading together is Dangerous Surrender, by Kay Warren. It was suggested it would be nice to correspond during the month as we're reading, so please feel free to post comments on any of the chapters you wish. Everyone is invited to read the book and join our online conversation, but if you want to join the live discussion on the this book and future books we'll be reading, we meet on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 at KGF. Enjoy!

Bloom Where You're Planted!

What a wonderful response to the introduction and invitation to become a part of a movement we're calling Blossom. It's about "ordinary women who are intentional about creating opportunities to become planted side by side". We took time to recognize the seeds God planted in hearts long ago that are growing and bringing life! It's about hearts knit together in relationship and shared lives on this journey to know God deeply and become deeply known by others. Women are responding to God's love and are filled with a longing to call others to this journey of following Him together, and growing in our love for one another. Many of you responded to this invitation and shared your desire to learn more about starting a small group, and some of you are anxious to be included in a retreat, begin journaling or to be a part of the next Beth Moore Bible Study, Jesus the One and Only. We trust God is continuing to stir your hearts and sort out for you the places He wants to plant you. Thank you to all of the women who shared their hearts and dreams with us. We know there are many more of you that have much to share, so please be watching for more information about Blossom Creates...where the dreams conceived by God's Spirit incubate and become reality!
